Initial data
Multiple white lights with high speed and maneuvering were observed by an eyewitness in the sky over Hunsbrook. He's writing:
At about 22: 00, I saw a light in the clouds or just above them, at first I thought until someone illuminated the clouds with a flashlight, but I did not see a ray of light from the ground. Then several lights appeared in the clouds or directly above them, crossing the sky at high speed.
After a few minutes, the lights formed a kind of chain that moved through the air like a snake before forming a circle. After a few minutes, they suddenly disappeared.
Original news

Lasers, searchlights, car headlights and other light sources of sufficient power can form a column of light in a dusty or foggy atmosphere, various patterns on low clouds, fog or haze. Also, the rays can highlight parts of the cloud, objects or birds, giving them bizarre shapes.
Searchlights can shine with one beam, several. They can be stationary, move, and also form spinning carousels on the clouds, which can change shape and color.
It often seems that the light source is located at the point where the beam hits the cloud, and not vice versa.
Investigation
The description of the eyewitness is very similar to the description of the observation of searchlight beams on low clouds.
