An eyewitness from Zwolle (Overijssel region) noticed an oval ball in the sky:

I was riding a bicycle and saw an oval white sphere in the air. It didn't move and was to the right of the Sun. The reflection of the Sun on the sphere was noticeable (the right part of the sphere was less visible). I saw it clearly for a few seconds. After I passed by the tree (it took 1 second), I couldn't find the object anywhere in the sky.

Ovalen lichtbol weerkaatsing van zon

ZWOLLE, OV — Ik was aan het fietsen en zag in de lucht een ovalen witte bol. Het bewoog niet. Rechts van de zon. Weerkaatsing op de bol (rechterkant van de bol was minder zichtbaar). Zag het duidelijk een aantal seconden. Nadat ik een boom passeerde (duurde 1sec.) kon ik het object nergens meer vinden in de lucht.
