March 10 , 1999 (reported on March 19, 1999) at approximately 15:40, a man driving along Highway 108 towards Highway 17 reported that he saw a cone-shaped object moving across the sky from west to east. The front part was square in shape. There was no trace of steam behind it, and it was as white as a cloud.
He watched him for a minute, then lost sight of him, then saw him again for another 3 minutes before disappearing from sight.

Location: 10 minutes from Elliot Lake, Ontario.
At around 3:40 p.m., a man driving on highway 108 toward highway 17, reported that he saw a cone-shaped object moving across the sky from west to east. The front end of it was squared off. There was no vapour trail behind it and it was as white as a cloud. He watched it for a minute, lost sight of it, then saw it again for 3 more minutes before disappearing from view.
