Initial data
Walking through the playground near Ethelbert Street, a man (D.G.) and his friend saw an object in the shape of a soccer ball hovering over a water tower on Pine Street. The color was described as gray-bluish, but more gray, which went well with the sky.
The observation took place on a clear hot day. Based on his estimate of the size of the object, the witness said that if it was on the ground, it would be large enough for people to enter inside.
