For the fourth time in the last two years, a resident of Kisherti, a methodologist of the district department of culture Lyubov Sovgatova, saw a UFO.

"On the evening of February 11," she says, "I was washing dishes. I looked at my watch involuntarily: eight. I thought for some reason: "I haven't seen a UFO for a long time. They just appear at this time." I went outside – and he was right there, in front of my eyes. Over Sylva, in the area of the horseshoe peninsula, called a Shovel, a round (from a distance – the size of a light bulb) object, yellowish-"television" color, with a lot of color-changing dots in the border, was bizarrely "flavored". Some kind of "searching" light was coming down from him-a searchlight, alternately "examining" the river, the gas pipelines running through here, mountain cliffs, the Preduralie nature reserve.

The flight of the object simply charmed the eye and soul. It was like a falling leaf – it was falling rapidly and hanging in place, swinging like a cradle, soaring like an airplane carpet, spinning wildly… When the Perm electric train was passing by rail, the UFO, flatly straightened into a triangle, flew up to the electric locomotive, "greeted" it (which the passengers probably saw) in a strict parallel and "departed" back to Sylva. So he flew for about ten minutes. And disappeared - as if it had not been, before my eyes it faded into an invisible point.

Lyubov Alievna did not observe this alone: she called "witnesses" - neighbors, adults and children. They confirm it.
