An eyewitness from the town of Hoogeveen (Drenthe region) sees weekly unexplained flashes of light in the window.
He writes about it like this:
We have been seeing unexplained flashes of light in the window for about 2 years, weekly and sometimes daily. It's like someone from the outside is taking a picture with a super-strong flash.
The flashes vary in power. Sometimes the whole kitchen is lit up, sometimes it seems less bright. Always tied at the back of the kitchen window. They are there during the day, but then they are poorly visible.
Our garden is fenced. We don't have any neighbors in the back who could do that. We really can't find a logical explanation for this. I'm sharing it because I can't find anything about it on the internet, and I hope there are people who have something similar and who know more about it.

Wekelijks onverklaarbare lichtflitsen op het raam
HOOGEVEEN, DR — Wij zien nu een jaar of 2 wekelijks en soms dagelijks onverklaarbare lichtflitsen in het raam. Het is alsof iemand van buitenaf een foto maakt met een super sterke flits. De flitsen verschillen in kracht. Soms is de hele keuken verlicht, een andere keer lijkt het minder fel. Altijd tyvanaf de achterkant op het keukenraam. Het is er ook overdag maar dan is het slecht zichtbaar. Onze tuin ligt besloten. We hebben geen achterburen die dit kunnen doen. We kunnen er echt geen logische verklaring voor vinden. Ik deel het omdat ik er niks over kan vinden op internet en ik hoop dat er mensen zijn die ook iets dergelijks hebben en er meer over weten.
