Initial data
Winter 1997 (?), a forest area south of Trubchevsk near the Neruss River. At about 7 o'clock in the morning, an eyewitness who wished to remain anonymous, being on a winter fishing trip, walked through the forest to the river.
Passing by a forest clearing, I noticed a snow vortex and heard a strange hum. Coming out into the clearing, he saw a "plate" about eight meters in diameter, which was spinning furiously at a height of 6-8 meters above the ground. The snow swirled beneath her. She began to tilt slowly until she was at an angle of 60-70 degrees, after which she suddenly rushed into the clouds, disappearing from view in a split second.
At the same time, there was a loud bang, from which the witness went deaf for a minute.
