The most interesting case can be considered the day of Saturday, July 13, 2002, when Baku and almost the entire republic plunged into darkness at one moment.

Many different versions were put forward, and one flashed among them, which surprised everyone with its fantasticism and originality, but, alas, did not become the main one, and it was almost immediately forgotten, ignoring even the testimonies of numerous eyewitnesses. A UFO was blamed for the accident, which many residents of Baku and Absheron observed a few minutes before the lights went out.
