UFO. Russia

In July 1999, on Metallurgist's Day, Andrey and his family and friends' families rested on the Amur spit near the city of youth. Having bought enough, having caught fish, they cooked fish soup and gathered around the campfire. Naturally, they also took a glass: for a good rest, a successful fishing trip, for the glorious Russian metallurgists. During the conversations and songs, they did not notice how it began to get dark and the first stars lit up over the Cupid, the reflections of which, like sparkles, covered the river. Suddenly one of the children screamed:

- Look, the helicopter!

The eyes of those present, and there were about forty or fifty of them, involuntarily turned in the direction indicated by the child. Over the hills overgrown with taiga from the side of the Lower Amur to Komsomolsk at an altitude of only two hundred meters, a bright object resembling a large star was slowly flying. But at the same time, the multicolored airborne navigation lights (BANO) and flashing beacon characteristic of aircraft were not visible. And, what seemed even more strange to the vacationers, this "helicopter" flew absolutely noiselessly, no one heard the usual rumble of aircraft engines or the patting of the rotor blades characteristic of a helicopter. In terms of brightness, this strange flying object significantly exceeded the light of the stars that dotted the sky over Cupid.

With bated breath, the Komsomol members sitting by the campfire watched the flight of the silent "helicopter". And he suddenly hovered at some distance almost opposite the river spit at the same height of 200-250 meters. At the same time, the strange "star" tag did not make a single sound.

This went on for about thirty minutes. And all this time, the company resting by the campfire was as if in a daze, watching an unusual phenomenon. Even the children forgot about sleep. And soon the newly appeared "star" that shone over the hills again presented a surprise to the Komsomol members. A bright ray of light stretched from it to the opposite Amur coast, as if cutting the night darkness in two. From such a surprise, one of the involuntary spectators yelled, and someone even grabbed his heart.

- This beam was so blindingly white that it resembled an electric welding arc, - recalled police ensign Andrei Sviridenko. - It was even painful to look at him.

The beam did not search the sky or the earth, highlighting the surroundings of the city of youth, the Amur coast. It was as if he was stuck in the thick darkness of a summer night, connecting the "star" and the earth with a light path. It was truly a fantastic sight.

This lasted for forty or fifty seconds. As suddenly as it flashed, the beam went out. And the object that had flown in from the Lower Amur was still hanging over the hills, barely visible against the starry sky.

A few minutes later, a plane, colored green, red and white, blinking with a flashing beacon, appeared from Khabarovsk.

The powerful hum of its working engines was clearly audible. He was building a landing approach to a local airfield, and the glide path of his descent to the runway, if it did not intersect, then it certainly passed in close proximity to the newly appeared "star". Naturally, Andrey and his fellow vacationers were interested in how the object hanging in the air opposite the Amur spit for a long time would behave, what maneuvers the plane would take when it saw it coming in for landing.

However, to the surprise of the unwitting spectators of the unusual phenomenon, the passenger liner proceeded to land without any visible change of course or other maneuvers, as if he did not notice the descent of an unknown but brightly glowing object hovering above the ground parallel to the glide path. By the way, the plane flew past the "asterisk" at approximately the same altitude at which the UFO had been for a long time.

However, it is possible that the crew and passengers of the plane landing in Komsomolsk did not really notice anything unusual in the night sky.

But the most exciting sight awaited the Komsomol members vacationing on the river spit a little later. As soon as the lights of the plane disappeared behind the hills where the airfield was located, and the roar of aircraft engines ceased, which indicated its landing, the UFO also began to move. Those who observed this picture got the impression that the object that arrived from the Lower Amur was just waiting for the successful completion of the night flight of this aircraft. Literally from the spot, he developed a tremendous speed, inaccessible to modern aircraft. As police ensign Sviridenko said, the distance from the hang-up point to the bridge over the Amur, which is about five kilometers, the UFO overcame in a second. That is, its speed was approximately 18,000 kilometers per hour. Then, in the full sense of the word, he soared up like a candle and in the blink of an eye disappeared from the field of view of people, as if he disappeared among the stars, while leaving no trace behind him. The whole flight again took place without the slightest sound.

- What was that? - the police ensign repeated his question asked at the beginning of our conversation. - Only one thing is clear, it's not a plane or a helicopter. A rocket? But it is not capable of hanging in one place for so long and flying at such a low speed, with which this air object flew to Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
