Mermaid. Russia

Mermaids in Cherepovets (recorded from the words of Elena Manushina):

In the summer of 2007, my friends and I rested on the banks of the Sheksna River. It was already about four o'clock in the morning when everything around (and we were sitting by the fire not far from the shore) was covered with a thick fog.

The fog was so strong that the fingers on the outstretched hand became almost invisible in it. After a while, the fog began to dissipate, and at that moment our children (teenagers of 16 years old), who had been playing on the shore, ran up to us. With great excitement, they said that they had just seen a mermaid in the water. We came to the water.  

At first I saw a naked woman standing waist-deep in the water about 50 meters from the shore, but what I saw next threw me into a slight shock. The woman rested her palms on the water and raised herself on her hands, then abruptly dived. Everyone standing next to me on the shore at that moment saw her mermaid tail instead of legs. After that, 2 more mermaids appeared in the water. They all began to move away from the shore and soon disappeared from sight.

It should be noted that all their movements in the water - diving, etc., took place in complete silence, without any splashes of water.
