December 23-24, 1979, 23.50, the duration of the phenomenon is 2.5 hours. A ball glowing with red, then blue light, a green halo. It moved in the southern part of the sky in the east—west direction. Stopped over the village and hovered at an altitude of 3-4 km . When hovering, there are ripples of horizontal dimensions.
When the hand was raised, the pulsations stopped, when lowered, they resumed. At 0.40 it began to move in a westerly direction, then gradually decreased.
