- On June 16, 1994, - says Vladimir Sokolov from Shakhunya, - I happened to be filming the laying of the last link of rails at our railway station. And so I develop the film, print a picture of a new switch, look - and I don't believe my eyes: there are three strange spots on the positive, and on the negative. But this is by no means a mechanical defect: three spherical formations are clearly visible, very similar to UFOs.

Sokolov sent the picture for examination. The answer was sent by a full member of the Russian Geographical Society, Valentin Golts.

"In the photo," he wrote, "objects of the UFO class of group 200 are recorded."
