From Friday to Saturday, from April 13 to April 14, 1990, from 24 to 1 a.m., many workers of the KZHBI plant, going home from work, watched UFOs in the clear night sky over the sleeping city.
A glowing large ball hovered over the center of the city and emitted direct rays of orange-red color directed at the earth. One of the three bright rays was directed to the area of the town of oil workers.
After hanging above the ground for a short time, he abruptly soared and disappeared from sight, leaving behind an inversion trail in the night sky.
