June 11, 2011 Tyumen – at 22.40 - 22.50 during a thunderstorm, a UFO was observed.
The object was an orange ball with 2-3 orange lights at the bottom. The ball itself was not glowing, it was visible due to the fact that it was still twilight. The lights in the lower part of the ball were clearly distinguishable, did not blink. One of the lights switched – changed color from orange to red and back. The size of the entire structure at arm's length is 15-20 mm. The UFO did not make sudden movements, but slowly sailed under the clouds, moving away from the observer.
The object was observed in the area of Melnikaite Street between Republic Street and 50 let Oktyabrya Street. Moving from Southwest to Northeast. Despite strong gusts of wind, he did not change the trajectory and nature of movement, flew against the wind.
An eyewitness - Andrey P. managed to take a video (3gp, 26Mb) with a mobile phone of a flying UFO.
