On August 26, 2001, residents of the Nizhnetavdinsky district of the Tyumen region observed unidentified flying objects hovering over the district center and lakes for two nights in a row. According to eyewitnesses, at first four yellow balls with alternating bright fiery flashes moved across the starry sky - sometimes making sharp zigzags, then stopping in the air. Later, according to vigilant Nizhnetavdins, there was a "something" about a hundred meters long with two evenly burning dimensional spotlights.
