Initial data
Winter 1991 Tyumen - rays shone from under thick clouds at 23h along the entire length of the southern horizon. There were about a hundred rays, they did not touch the ground (scattered). All the beams were strictly parallel and inclined at an angle of 70 degrees.
It is difficult to say about the brightness of the rays, because the glow gradually faded. The last ray was the brightest, it disappeared within two minutes. The color of the rays resembled a neon light bulb. The observation was conducted from the window of the fourth floor facing the courtyard of the water tower (at the Central Department Store).
