An interesting and striking encounter with water creatures occurred quite recently, in 1996, on the Severka River of the Moscow region. Mikhail Gavrilov, a resident of the village of Avdotino, Stupinsky district, went fishing. For a long time he sat motionless on the bank of the river.
Suddenly, right in front of him, a strange creature emerged from the water. Both the fisherman and the "underwater inhabitant" froze in surprise, and Mikhail was able to clearly see the surfaced: a narrow dark forehead, no eyebrows and eyelashes, eyes without pupils, a narrow nose, head and shoulders covered with long (6-8 centimeters) hair.
