That's why there are so many fans of programs about poltergeists, ghouls and ghouls. A video has appeared on YouTube that can decorate any of these programs. The author is Anton Kuznetsov from Astrakhan. The video has already gained about 10 thousand views.

It was taken last year. The camera captured the ghost. Although ufology scientists are still arguing about the classification of what they saw. At the third minute (2:21), a translucent clot appears in the frame on the right. He "enters" the Rostelecom building, and then "exits" after a minute and a half (3:55). What the object needed in a closed building for the night is not clear from the video. And the "ghost" does not look like a thief.

And ufologists argue about the origin of UFOs. Some are sure that this is a plasmoid that originated on a tectonic fault that runs through the center of the city. There are also skeptics.

I am 99 percent sure that the camera has taken a speck of dust or fluff, which glares in the light of the IR illumination of the camera, moving in the air currents, - says ufologist Nikolai Subbotin.
