A glowing object making strange movements at different speeds was spotted over the city of De Bilt (Utrecht region).
An eyewitness writes:
It was a glowing object that moved from side to side and from top to bottom several times. Also at different speeds. I have a video of the last part where he fell. Maybe it was a drone, I have no idea. Considering the strange movements, I can say with confidence that it was not a plane or a helicopter.

The light, smooth movement and average stop resemble a drone. Officially, it is forbidden to operate a drone at night, but it still happens ;)

Lichtgevend object die vreemde bewegingen maakte met verschillende snelheden
DE BILT, UT — Het was een lichtgevend object dat een aantal keer van links naar rechts bewoog en van boven naar beneden. Ook met verschillende snelheden. Van het laatste stuk waarbij het naar beneden ging heb ik een filmpje. Wellicht was het een drone, heb er geen verstand van. Gezien de vreemde bewegingen durf ik met zekerheid te zeggen dat het geen vliegtuig of helikopter was.

Het licht, de vloeiende beweging en de midstop doen denken aan een drone. Officieel mag je niet met een drone s 'avonds vliegen maar het gebeurt toch ;)
