Initial data
In October 2005, a 47-year-old female realtor named Ti told about one such case. A stranger knocked on the office door right after lunch. He looked like he was about 17 or maybe 18. He came by bike. He asked if there were any vacant apartments.
I remember suddenly feeling a terrible fear as soon as I saw his eyes. I got goosebumps crawling down my back, I just shivered! How long I've been working, and I don't remember this happening to me at least once," says Ti. "I couldn't look him straight in the eye. I thought I was going to die right now… He didn't approach me, just stood outside the door and waited for me to invite him in or take him to see a vacant apartment. He talked to me normally, and I slammed the door in front of him and rushed away from there— far away. I had a feeling that I was in mortal danger. And all this is because of his eyes. If I had looked into them a little longer, I probably wouldn't have been able to close the door. And after that, I was shaking for several more hours.
