An eyewitness from Haarlem (North Holland) reported his observation:

I stood outside for a while and looked up . I saw a small orange dot/light bulb that flew away from me, heading south, a little to the west.

She made a wide left turn to the south. Then she returned to the east at an incredible speed.

I saw a flash/line going in the opposite direction to the west. Unfortunately, there are no photos.

Zag een klein oranjeachtig puntje/bol wat van mij af vloog richting zuid beetje west
Het nam een ruime bocht naar links zuid
Toen kwam het met een ongelofelijke snelheid terug richting oosten
En het was weg
2 seconden later zag ik een flits/streep de andere kant opgaan richting het westen
