Carlos Paz Morales, a philosophy teacher, pale, nervous and, above all, shocked by the experience, claims that he saw a UFO on the way to the Cafe. It happened around 4am on Wednesday.
"I was alone on the road. I stopped and watched for a long time," says the philosophy teacher. "I was returning to Salta on Wednesday morning, as I usually do every week after completing my teaching duties at the former Escuela Normal de Cafayate (Cafayate School for Teachers). It was about 4 o'clock in the morning when I saw a light flooding me from behind my truck. I thought it was a car, but looking in the mirrors, I saw absolutely nothing."
In an interview with El Tribuno, Paz Morales said that all he could think about was cuddling up to his shoulder near the rock formation known as "El Sapo".
"I got out of the car. Despite the fact that there was an amazing full moon—I think the one called Strawberry—the road was dark. I could only see some strange object in the hills. not too far away. I thought it might be one of those flashlights that are placed above the antennas, but it couldn't be because it was white and quite large," the teacher said.
The glowing object, according to the description of the Saltein philosopher, was oblong, cigar-shaped and moved from left to right zigzag, menacingly.
"I told myself that I would not leave here, no matter what happened. If it wants to take me, let it take me. on camera and took some photos. We were alone—this strange object and I—in the desert, immersed in darkness and ominous silence."
According to him, the face-to-face contact lasted about 5 minutes.
"But the object disappeared in a thousandth of a second, like a flash of light," said Paz Morales.
Although the glowing object is visible in the photos, the teacher says that it was much larger and more striking than shown, since his phone's camera is very limited.
