An eyewitness from the city of Breda (North Brabant) reports that he observed a very bright stationary light (like a 10-fold brightest star), which went out after a few minutes.
He's writing:
A sphere of light that shone many times (10 times) brighter than visible stars. The sphere was so bright that I couldn't take my eyes off it, so amazing. The sphere did not move in any direction and clearly did not look like an airplane (no flashing lights on the wings, no trajectory in the air, and the plane does not emit so much light, especially at such a distance).).
After a few seconds, he began to shoot and zoom in, but no details were visible from the phone (the brightness is very clearly visible compared to the stars).
Having stopped shooting for a while, I continued to watch, after which the light suddenly began to shine less brightly and dimly, although it hung in the same place.
The phone was taken off again until at some point the light went out and nothing else was visible.

Zeer fel onbeweeglijk licht (10x felste ster) dooft naar paar minuten
BREDA, NB — Een lichtbol die vele malen (10x) feller scheen dan de zichtbare sterren. De bol was zo fel dat ik er niet van weg kon kijken, zo opvallend. De bol bewoog in geen enkele richting en het leek duidelijk geen vliegtuig (geen flitsende vleugellichten, geen traject door de lucht en zoveel licht geeft een vliegtuig niet af en al helemaal niet op zo'n afstand). Na een paar seconden ben ik gaan filmen en ingezoomed maar met een telefoon was geen detail zichtbaar (de felheid in vergelijking met de sterren is wel heel duidelijk zichtbaar). Na even gestopt te zijn met filmen bleef ik kijken waarna het licht abrupt minder fel begon te schijnen en op de gedimde manier nog steeds op dezelfde plek bleek hangen. Weer telefoon erbij en gefilmd tot op een gegeven ogenblik het licht doofde en er niks meer zichtbaar was.
