Over Phoenix (Arizona, USA) captured on video A UFO that "accompanied" a passenger airliner.
According to an eyewitness, at an altitude of 12.5 kilometers, presumably over Nevada or Arizona, he looked out of the window of a Delta plane and saw a mysterious object that he thought was flying nearby. At some point, the brightness of the object increased, and the eyewitness, realizing in time, began to shoot it on video.
The man clarified that the city and state may be specified incorrectly. He can't say exactly where the plane was at that time. It was probably in the southwest region, given the flight route from Los Angeles to ATL.
Well-known ufologist Scott Waring commented on this video. He is sure that the object is following the plane. The UFO maintains a constant speed with the airliner and appears to rotate each of the four glowing objects.
The passenger was recording through the window and also recorded sound, however, the UFO does not seem to have sound, but the situation inside is audible.
The ufologist found a certain similarity between these UFOs and the so-called Phoenix lights, which were seen by thousands of people in March 1997.

Check out this eyewitness video of a group of UFOs following a passenger jet this month. The UFOs are keeping steady speed with the plane and seem to rotate each of the four glowing objects. The passenger was recording through the window and has both sound and visual. However the UFOs seem to not have any sound, but we do hear the cabin. I see a huge similarity between these UFOs and the historic sighting of the Phoenix lights seen by thousands back in March of 1997. Defiantly the same types of UFOs.

Eyewitness states: At 41,000 feet above possibly Nevada or Arizona, I looked out of the window of our Delta plane and saw something flying in tandem with us, or at least it appeared to be. The brightness increased at one point. I took both pictures and a video of it. The city and state are not correct since we were flying and that information is required to file a report. I actually have no clue where we were except it had to be in the south west region given our flight path from LA to ATL.
Hypotheses
Objects with height
With the right perspective, survey boats and other similar objects from a significant distance (e.g., from the airplane), as in the photo and the video can be represented as shooting celestial objects. Especially good the picture is completed in the frame of the cloud.
So it could be night shots of glowing lights and their clusters - i.e., for example, fishing boats.
Investigation
It is probably something at the level of the earth's surface that reflects the light of the Sun.
