Initial data
The Loch Ness monster was apparently seen in North Carolina in the USA.
Despite the decline in sightings in recent years, some are concerned that Nessie may have picked up sticks and left the Scottish Highlands. Nowadays, many sightings occur even from Australia and the USA.
According to one particularly wild theory, people have suggested that the mythical Scottish beast crossed the ocean and got to the USA.
A snake-like sea creature spotted in North Carolina bears a resemblance to what Nessie supposedly looks like. The creature's head was spotted off the coast of the state when it was seen from the water in the Atlantic. Then he lowered his head and surfaced back under the surface.
"This is something you don't see every day," said Chasin Tails Outdoors Bait & Tackle store, which posted a video of the monster.
