A slowly blinking light was seen over the city Ijsselmeiden (Overijssel).
An eyewitness writes:
I see a yellow round glowing dot that is "on", then slowly goes out, and then lights up again. Sometimes less bright, but mostly very noticeable.
I'll try to add a video, but it's poor quality in the dark, and a different color. But you'll see what happened.
He's really in the sky, obviously not from the farms opposite. It also "turns off" and "turns on" each time at the same speed and in the same way. It hasn't moved for a long time. So I only filled in about half an hour, but he's probably been there much, much longer.
Update 23:15: It didn't seem to be for long. Then I saw it again and it turned green, after a few blinks it turned yellow again.

Langzaam knipperend licht
IJSSELMUIDEN, OV — Ik zie een geel, rond lichtpunt wat ‘aan’ is, vervolgens langzaam uit gaat en vervolgens weer aan gaat. Af en toe wat minder fel maar voornamelijk erg goed zichtbaar. Ik zal de video proberen toe te voegen, dit is slechte kwaliteit in het donker, en een andere kleur. Maar je ziet wat er gebeurd. Het staat echt aan de hemel, duidelijk niet van de boerderijen hier tegenover. Het gaat ook elke keer in dezelfde snelheid en op dezelfde manier ‘uit’ en ‘aan’. Verplaatst zich niet en is al aardig lang aanwezen. Dus heb maar een half uur ingevuld maar waarschijnlijk veel en veel langer.
Update 23.15 uur: het leek even kort weg te zijn. Toen zag ik het weer en leek het groen, na paar keer knipperen weer geel.
Update 23.23 uur: het knippert nu vlot achter elkaar.
