On March 20, 2007, between 14:52:27 and 14:54:44, Evgeny Radulescu from Bucharest, a communications technician at TAROM, noticed an interesting cloud formation in the northern direction (towards Ploiesti) and took several photos from the TAROM Building at the airport Otopeni with CanonA620 digital camera.
When uploading them, a strange object appeared in the lower right corner of one of the photos. At first he thought it was dirt on the lens, but it was not visible in the images before and after. The cylindrical object remains unidentified.

20 martie 2007, intre ora 14:52:27 si ora 14:54:44, Eugen Radulescu din Bucuresti, tehnician de comunicatii la compania TAROM, a observat o formatie noroasa interesanta in directia Nord (inspre Ploiesti) si facut mai multe fotografii ale ei din cladirea TAROM de la aeroportul Otopeni, cu un aparat digital CanonA620. La descarcarea lor, in coltul dreapta jos al uneia dintre fotografii a aparut un obiect ciudat. Initial a crezut ca e a fost o murdarie pe lentila, dar ea nu aparea pe imaginile anterioare si ulterioare. Obiectul, de forma cilindrica, ramane neidentificat.
