"The day was quite uninteresting from the point of view of the weather. The sky was overcast and gray... I was standing with several people in the parking lot at the Zvezda residential complex (those same 24-storey buildings of a characteristic shape, not far from Ronda. Today there is a new hotel on this place) . I was in the company of four men who were then very busy talking before getting into the car. I wasn't particularly interested, but I had to pretend and nod, because my work manager was among them.
I looked at the cars heading towards Sosnovets. At some point above this road (at the height of more or less standing car service stations today, next to the University of Economics) I noticed this phenomenon.
The first association that came to my mind, as far as I remember, was "the sky opened up." There was a streak of light, then a crack, opening more and more, and from it, at first blinding, a yellow glow. Here I also had thoughts that the sun was finally breaking through the clouds, but these associations quickly disappeared.
Firstly, the direction did not indicate that the sun was in this place at that time, and secondly, the phenomenon itself began to change within a few seconds, quickly losing its rather strong brightness and becoming an increasingly dark sphere.
It was like the longest phase of the whole phenomenon, lasting maybe a few minutes. At first it looked like an irregular mass, some formless mass, then it acquired more and more spherical shape, but for quite a long time it was like an "unstable sphere", "spreading" in all directions.After these few minutes, the sphere became as if "rigid", and its brightness, decreasing all the time, acquired the color of a dark egg yolk. Having reached this state, it remained motionless for some time, and then slowly drifted towards the University of Economics (today known as the University of Economics).
After some time, this phenomenon was obscured by these tall boulders and I do not know what it looked like, and it was inappropriate for me to move away to continue observing, bearing in mind the situational context... Let's add that the object in the form of a "shaped" sphere could seem a little larger than the Sun when it sometimes breaks through the clouds and does not blind, which allows us to judge its size.
After a while, from the moment when the phenomenon disappeared from my field of observation, we got into the car. I was sitting in the back seat behind the passenger, which allowed me to take a last look in the direction of where the bullet flew from during this trip.
When I was driving from the parking lot, on the road of a residential area, before leaving the road in the direction of Sosnovets, I had the opportunity to look in this direction for a few seconds through the side and rear windows of the car. I didn't notice the ball anymore, but I saw something else that also surprised me then.
In the sky, between the first and second skyscraper (counting from the University of Economics) I noticed a hanging, rectangular (box-shaped) dark (maybe even black) object. Of course, due to the short observation time, I guess I may have misjudged it in terms of shape or movement, but the two (I think) rows of green spotlights underneath it caused confusion, which suggests it probably wasn't. helicopter."

„Dzień był raczej nieciekawy, jeśli chodzi o pogodę. Niebo zachmurzone i szare... Stałem wówczas z kilkoma osobami na parkingu, który znajdował się przy osiedlu Gwiazdy (te budynki o 24 piętrach i charakterystycznym kształcie, niedaleko Ronda. Dzisiaj w tym miejscu jest nowy hotel). Byłem w towarzystwie czterech mężczyzn, którzy wtedy byli bardzo zajęci rozmową przed wejściem do samochodu. Ja raczej nie byłem zainteresowany, ale musiałem udawać i potakiwać, bo wśród nich był mój kierownik z pracy.
Patrzyłem sobie na samochody kierujące się drogą w kierunku Sosnowca. W pewnym momencie nad tą drogą (na wysokości mniej więcej serwisów samochodowych, jakie tam są do dzisiaj, obok Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego) dostrzegłem to zjawisko.
Pierwsze skojarzenie, jakie mi się nasunęło, jak pamiętam, to ‘otwarło się niebo’. Pojawiła się jakby taka jasna kreska, później szczelina, otwierająca się coraz bardziej a z niej oślepiająca na początku, żółta jasność. Tu pojawiły się też u mnie myśli, że słońce wreszcie przebija się zza chmur, ale te skojarzenia ustąpiły szybko.
Po pierwsze kierunek nie wskazywał aby słońce o tej porze było w tym miejscu, po drugie samo zjawisko zaczęło się zmieniać przez tych kilkanaście sekund, tracąc szybko ową dość mocną jasność i stając się coraz ciemniejszą kulą.
To była jakby najdłuższa faza tego całego zjawiska trwająca może kilka minut. Na początku wyglądało to jakby nieregularnie, jakaś masa niekształtna, później nabierało to coraz bardziej formę kulistą, jednak będąc dość długo jakby ‘kulą niestabilną’, ‘przelewającą się’ na wszystkie strony.
Po tych kilku minutach kula zrobiła się jakby już ‘sztywna’ i jej jasność, cały czas malejąc, przybrała kolor ciemnego żółtka jajka. Po osiągnięciu tego stanu pozostała chwilę w bezruchu, aby następnie odpłynąć powoli w kierunku Akademii Ekonomicznej ( dzisiaj zwanej Uniwersytetem Ekonomicznym).
Po chwili zjawisko to zasłoniły mi te wysokie bloki i nie wiem, jak to dalej wyglądało, a nie wypadało mi się oddalić w celu kontynuacji obserwacji, mając na uwadze kontekst sytuacyjny ... Dodam może jeszcze, że obiekt jako ‘ukształtowana’ już kula mógł się wydawać nieco większy niż Słońce, kiedy czasami przebija zza chmur i nie razi, co pozwala ocenić jego wielkość.
Po krótkiej chwili, od momentu kiedy zjawisko zniknęło z mojego pola obserwacyjnego, wsiedliśmy do samochodu. Mnie przypadło miejsce z tyłu za pasażerem, co pozwoliło mi podczas tej jazdy rzucić jeszcze okiem w kierunku tym, gdzie kula odpłynęła.
Podczas jazdy z parkingu, drogą osiedlową, przed wjazdem na drogę w kierunku Sosnowca, miałem możliwość przez kilka, kilkanaście sekund spojrzeć w tamtą stronę przez boczną i tylną szybę samochodu. Kuli już nie zauważyłem, ale zobaczyłem coś innego, co mnie wtedy też zaskoczyło.
Na niebie, pomiędzy pierwszym i drugim wieżowcem (licząc od Akademii Ekonomicznej) zauważyłem wiszący, prostokątny (pudełkowaty) ciemny (może nawet czarny obiekt). Oczywiście z powodu krótkiego czasu obserwacji, przyjmuję iż mogłem ocenić go co do kształtu czy ruchu nieprawidłowo, ale zastanawiające były dwa (chyba) rzędy zielonych, punktowych świateł jakie miał pod spodem, co mogłoby sugerować, że helikopter to raczej nie był.”
