Two bright dots were spotted over the city of Nuenen.
An eyewitness reports:
At about 23:20, just below the constellation of Volopas, about five degrees below the star Arcturus, two bright "not" moving bright dots resembling stars that slowly disappeared after about 10 seconds.
I didn't see any planes, no strobe lights and beacons, they weren't satellites or the ISS, and certainly not drones, my hobby is astronomy and aeronautics.

NUENEN, NB — Rond 23.20u Net onder sterrenbeeld Boötes ongeveer vijf graden onder de ster Arcturus twee heldere 'niet' bewegende heldere stippen lijkende op sterren, die langzaam uit doofden na ongeveer 10 seconden. Geen vliegtuigen, ik zag geen strobe en beacon lichten, het waren geen satellieten of ISS, en zeker geen drone, dat weet ik zeker, mijn hobby is astronomie en luchtvaart.
