The case that took place on July 29 was one of the most interesting, because, as in the Targuvek case, the objects were seen by a witness. Unfortunately, the lack of contact from the observer made other arrangements impossible, although the case looked very interesting.
The content of the statement read:
"I decided to write to you about the observation of objects that I saw on Friday, July 29, 2011, in the center of Warsaw, at about 13:45 at Bank Square (next to the former Capitol cinema).
I'm not really interested in UFOs, but to be honest, I was waiting to see if anyone would post any information on the Internet about this sighting. I didn't find anything. I noticed a group of three round and slightly glowing spherical objects moving from north to south in the form of a rigid triangle. After about 10-15 seconds, the objects changed direction by about 90 degrees to the east and lined up, then after a few seconds flew into the cloud and ceased to be visible. [...] To be honest, for a few seconds I thought they were weather balloons, but the rigid flight pattern of three objects and the sudden change of direction do not correspond to the specifics of a balloon flight.
I have seen them flying high in the sky several times, but they looked completely different. They resembled glowing balls at high altitude. In any case, it definitely wasn't planes."
It seems that this event should be noticed by a much larger number of people, which ultimately cannot be ruled out. Due to the loss of communication with the witness and the lack of signals from other potential observers, the case stalled. It seems to be the most interesting of all the cases presented here, mainly because of the unusual behavior of objects in flight, including the "permanent" nature of the formation formed in the air and the sudden reversal emphasized in the report. The image, however, is of poor quality and barely noticeable bright dots are visible in the sky.

Przypadek, który miał miejsce 29 lipca należał do najciekawszych, ponieważ tak jak w sprawie z Targówka obiekty były widziane przez świadka. Niestety, brak kontaktu ze strony obserwatora uniemożliwił wszelkie inne ustalenia, choć sprawa wyglądała na bardzo ciekawą.
Treść zgłoszenia brzmiała: „Postanowiłem do państwa napisać o obserwacji obiektów, które widziałem w piątek, 29 lipca 2011 r. w centrum Warszawy, ok. 13:45 w okolicach Placu Bankowego (przy dawnym kinie Kapitol). Nie interesuję się za bardzo tematyką UFO, ale mówiąc szczerze czekałem czy ktoś zamieści jakieś informacje w Internecie na temat tej obserwacji. Niczego nie znalazłem. Zauważyłem formację trzech okrągłych i lekko lśniących kulistych obiektów poruszających się z północy na południe w sztywnym układzie trójkąta. Po ok. 10-15 sekundach obiekty zmieniły kierunek o ok. 90 stopni na wschodni oraz ustawienie w linię, po czym w takim układzie po kilku sekundach wleciały w chmurę i przestały być widoczne. […] Powiem szczerze, że przez kilka sekund myślałem, że to balony meteorologiczne, ale sztywny układ lotu trzech obiektów i nagła zmiana kierunku nie pasują mi do specyfiki lotu balonu. Widziałem kilka razy ich przelot wysoko na niebie, ale wyglądały zupełnie inaczej. Przypominały świecące kule na dużej wysokości. W każdym razie samoloty to na pewno nie były.”
Wydaje się, że wydarzenie to powinno zostać zauważone przez znacznie więcej osób, czego ostatecznie nie można wykluczyć. Z powodu utraty kontaktu ze świadkiem oraz braku sygnałów od innych potencjalnych obserwatorów, sprawa utknęła w martwym punkcie. Wydaje się ona najciekawsza ze wszystkich zaprezentowanych tutaj przypadków, głównie ze względu na nietypowe zachowanie obiektów w locie, w tym podkreślony w relacji „trwały” charakter tworzonej w powietrzu formacji, jak i nagły zwrot. Zdjęcie jest jednak słabej jakości i przedstawia ledwie widoczne na niebie jasne kropki.
