Witnesses returning along the A-4 highway towards Ropcice noticed bright red lights over the road, thinking it was a plane. Soon they drove under the object, which turned out to be a large round vehicle with a diameter of about 30-40 m, with a green dome at the bottom and a number of square red lights around the dome. The hovering height of the object was about 50 m above the ground.
Eyewitnesses tried to photograph the car after the shelling, but the object quickly moved south, towards the Oconin forests. In addition to the parents, the witnesses were their children.

(podkarpackie)Świadkowie wracający drogą A-4 w kierunku Ropczyc zauważyli nad drogą jasne czerwone światła myśląc, że to samolot. Wkrótce przejechali pod obiektem, którym okazał się być duży okrągły pojazd o średnicy ok. 30-40 m., z zieloną kopułą na dole i rzędem kwadratowych czerwonych świateł dookoła kopuły. Wysokość zawisu obiektu wynosiła około 50 m. nad ziemią. Świadkowie próbowali po nakręceniu samochodu wykonać zdjęcia, ale obiekt oddalił się szybko w kierunku południowym w stronę lasów Okonina. Oprócz rodziców świadkami były ich dzieci.
