An eyewitness and his girlfriend, watching the night sky, noticed an unusual phenomenon. Its description reads:
"One "star" shone with brightness at the level of the Polar Star. There would be nothing unusual in this if it were not for the fact that this star began to move endlessly, i.e. slalom. He accelerated very quickly, changing the flight path at right angles at very high speed (several times), then froze motionless for several minutes.
The situation was repeated several times. For comparison, planes were flying in the sky, and since it is at such a high altitude, it would be impossible to turn around or turn at a right angle at such a huge speed."

okolice Bydgoszczy (kujawsko - pomorskie)Świadek i jego dziewczyna obserwujący nocne niebo zauważyli niecodzienne zjawisko. Jego opis mówi: „Jedna ‘gwiazda’ świeciła jasnością na poziomie gwiazdy polarnej. Nie byłoby w tym raczej nic niecodziennego, gdyby nie fakt, że ta gwiazda zaczęła przemieszczać się nieokreślonymi ruchami, tj. slalomem. Bardzo szybko się rozpędzała zmieniając tor lotu pod kątem prostym z bardzo dużą szybkością (kilkukrotnie), po czym zamierała w bezruchu na parę minut. Sytuacja powtarzała się kilkukrotnie. Dla porównania na niebie latały samoloty, i jak to na tak dużej wysokości, niemożliwym byłoby zawrócić, czy też skręcić pod kątem prostym z tak ogromną szybkością.”
