November 1986, approximately 15:10. Brzeziny near Kalisz (Greater Poland Voivodeship)

A person standing at a bus stop notices a passenger plane passing by accompanied by an object, "probably spherical, because it has not changed shape as it moves away, the color is intense orange."

The UFO was five planes away from him and maintained a constant distance throughout the entire observation.

Stojący na przystanku mężczyzna zauważa przelot samolotu pasażerskiego, któremu towarzyszy obiekt "prawdopodbnie kulisty, ponieważ nie zmieniał kształtu w miarę oddalania się, kolor - intensywna pomarańcza." UFO znajdowało się w odległości pięciu długości samolotu od niego i utrzymywało stałą odległość w czasie obserwacji.
