England, London. John Zimmerman filmed about 15 orange lights at 17:30 on January 31. The objects apparently caused panic among several surveillance witnesses, some of whom believed it was a terrorist act.

The police received 999 calls within a minute. The objects slowly flew south, all at the same speed, stopped, disappeared and reappeared. The scene lasted 10 minutes.

Objekterne spredte åbenbart panik iblandt flere vidner til observationen, idet nogle troede, at det drejede sig om et terrorist-angreb. Politiet modtog 999 opkald indenfor et minut. Objekterne fløj langsomt sydover, alle med samme fart, standsede op, forsvandt og kom igen til syne. Sceneriet varede i 10 minutter.
