Description:
Clear starry night; no haze and clouds. The duration of aiming is 4-5 minutes.
The witness noticed two bright round orange lights located close to each other, which were moving at a constant speed from west to northeast. The lights were high in the sky, moving faster than an airplane. The lights eventually disappeared before a pin prick in the distance
The next day, a witness heard a radio message about similar orange lights seen over Gisborne.

The witness observed two bright, round orange lights close together, travelling at a steady speed from west to northeast. The lights were high in the sky, moving faster than an aircraft. The lights eventually faded to a pin-prick in the distance
The following day, the witness heard a radio report of similar orange lights sighted over Gisborne.
