This photo was shown at the hospital where I now work. This was done about 6 years ago, so it's hard to say the details. This is a large university hospital in Virginia. Apparently a family member of one of the patients in the ward heard a noise and saw something, decided to take a picture, and then saw it and then showed it to the manager. There is no more detailed information.

This picture was showed on the hospital I currently work . This was taken about 6 years ago so details are hard to tell. This is a big university hospital in Virginia. Apparently the family member of one of the patients in the room hear noises and saw something, decided to take a picture and then saw this and showed it to the manager then. I don’t have more details . What do you guys think ? Fake ? Real?
