In the newspaper "Trud" for January 30, 1985, I read an article entitled "Exactly at 4.10."
Unfortunately, I don't even remember a month when I saw in the spring of 1984 how a powerful ray from the sky fell to the ground.
It was between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. and I was walking home after work. I've been watching this for about 5 minutes. There was silence all around and only a spotlight shone from a height and this interested me. I went home and woke up my wife. Together we watched this phenomenon from the window for about 5-10 minutes, after that the "spotlight", which had been standing in place all this time, began to move away and the beam disappeared in the area of the farm.
I live in the village of Kallavera, which is located 15 km from Tallinn. Maybe this case has nothing to do with that case, but I decided to write to you anyway, since the "spotlight" that I saw is similar to the description in the article.
