I work in a metallurgical plant in a coping shop as a controller.

Passing through the site (at dawn) in the month of June 1984, I don't remember the exact number (from 16 to 24), 3-45 I saw a bright green ribbon in front of me 60 meters away. No more than a meter long. From the head of the ribbon there was a bright shiny silver ball, which turned into a ribbon, and at the end there was a small red light. The ribbon flew low, jerkily, quickly and almost parallel to the ground in the direction from southeast to northwest.

It was visible for 10 seconds, and then disappeared. I even stopped. I explain that it hasn't rained since Yesterday and at night. The sky was a soft pink.

I hope that this unusual mysterious phenomenon will bring great benefits to science.
