Midshipman Khinyuna Vladimir Vasilyevich writes to you, I serve in the border troops on the ship. Recently I read in the newspaper "Trud" for January 30, 2017 a note "exactly at 4.10". This object resembles a flattened ball in its shape and consists of three colors: green, red and white with a yellowish tint. It moves fast, with a complex trajectory of the course.
