Initial data
Viktor Fedorovich Korzo writes to the Commission on the:
At the end of September, December and mid-January in approximately the same direction (as here) at an angle of 60-70 degrees, we (20-30 people) observed a glowing white egg that did not move. It was narrower and 2 times smaller in length and in diameter. It glowed for 15 minutes, and then gradually dissolved. At the end of January there was cloud cover (January 18-22, 1985) and at 18-20 - 19-00 there was a strong glow on the street, the moon does not give such light, approximately in the same direction, it was light at night as during the day, although the cloud cover was very dense: it lasted 2-3 minutes then quickly disappeared.
