So I decided to write to you what we saw.

It was 1984.09.7 at night around half past four in the morning. That night, I and my sister's husband took her to the hospital, and then returned home.

Soon this lamp went up and in the place on the ground where the lamp was visible, there was a light circle. Then it began to expand and occupied the entire north. Only here, what was interesting at night was a sand circle, then a brick circle is closer to the ground, and in the middle is a light blue color, as if gas is burning.

Then we went home and didn't watch any more.

What else, for example, I saw such bright circles back in 1980 in the summer and my daughter saw in 1981 in the summer for about 24 hours.
