I inform you that my friend saw about half a year ago in the dark from the window of his house at a distance of 15 meters a slowly descending "plate" with a diameter of about 1 meter and a height of 1 \ 2 meters. The UFO descended onto the road just behind the house where he lives, flashed red and disappeared after a while. I remember that a friend called me, was very excited and told me what he saw. I told him to report somewhere, but he "wouldn't believe me anyway, they'd still think I was out of my mind." And so it remained.
