After reading your article "Exactly at 4.10" in the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda dated January 31, 1985 °N 22 (10177), I decided to write.
On January 29, 1985, at about 18-40, I was in the campus on Sauletyake Alley 9 and looked out the window.
My attention was attracted by a lot of frightened crows. Following them, a strange object appeared at some distance, it seemed to be rising from the forest.
Immediately I had the thought that it was a "flying saucer", but then I decided what kind of "flying saucers" could be in our time and began to compare this object with an airplane.
The size seemed to match, but he was flying very low, (and the airport is in the opposite direction) and there was a lot of green and red light on it. In the dark, I could not see his form well, since he was dark in color, he was clearly visible only in front.
It had a sharp shape and this object was slowly moving away in the direction of Riga.
