A.E. Shenspov writes to the Civil Aviation Administration:
On December 31, 1984, I had to be on duty at work until 9-00 on January 1, 1985. We noticed that she was moving because she seemed to be tied to the terrain.
After that, nothing like this was seen at this place anymore.
