Initial data
The message of Blyukova L.I. about the observation of an unusual phenomenon in the city of Kohtla-Yarva of the SSR.
On November 19, 1983, in the interval 6-10 - 6-20 ], I saw a bright blue glow in the form of a drop in the southern part of the sky, approximately at an angle of 30-40 degrees to the horizon. The "drop" lay with the blunt end forward, but on a horizontal trajectory. Its contours were clear, the visible dimensions (length) were about 5 diameters of the moon at the zenith. The object felt remote.
Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly how fast the "drop" was moving, I think it was with an average and even, it seems to me, below average. She was perceived as a flat figure.
The "drop" was observed for a very short time. Then she instantly disappeared like a soap bubble, and red sparks flew in different directions in the sky. There were not many sparks 3-5, and they also immediately went out. After that, I saw the constellation Leo on the left.
The weather was good, cloudless, the presence of wind - I do not remember. The planes were not flying at that time.
