Serviceman Dmitrochenko S.Yu. writes to the Commission on AYA.:
In the newspaper "Trud" over the past year, several articles on UFOs were written. One was about an astronomical phenomenon on November 29, 1989, under the title "What was it?" I had to observe this phenomenon myself. But our local newspaper wrote for this phenomenon simply - gorenje in dense layers of the atmosphere. Some time later, this article was published in the newspaper Trud. In this article, the author asked to write to those who have seen this phenomenon and describe it. Now the article "4.10..." , in this article was your address.
And it prompted me to write to you after one incident.
On the night of April 22, 1985, around 0-00 - 0-30, my colleagues saw an unusual phenomenon, which we now call a UFO. I interviewed every last detail who could see it. That's how it was.
Near the constellation Cassiopeia in the north side, 2 dots appeared 1-2 degrees lower (this is how everything I saw began). She was walking alongside at a high speed. The speed exceeded the speed of the satellite, but less than that of the meteorite. The distance between the dots was an outstretched thimble. The magnitude of the dots exceeded the magnitude of Venus in the brightest phase by 1.5 times. Moving in parallel. At the moment of appearance, the plumes were visible. The length of the train was at arm's length with an index finger. The color of these dots was daylight, the white edges of the dots are blurry-matte. After passing a distance of 30-40 degrees, these points began to move in a zigzag pattern. These points went up to 80 degrees. After that, they started moving along the parallel again. We reached an angle of 100-110 degrees, then we could not observe the phenomenon, because a high-rise building interfered. After passing behind the building, these dots appeared on the horizon at an angle of 160-170 degrees, but the movement was accelerated, similar to the fall of a meteorite at an angle of 30 degrees.
these bodies were moving in the direction from the north to the southwest. This phenomenon lasted about 20-25 seconds. That's all the records.
