Semenov Mikhail Ivanovich writes to the Commission on the:
You probably have a lot of people writing about UFOs. Please read without smiling.
I have been observing this (strange) phenomenon since July 10, 1985, from 4-30 to 4-50 - 5-00 (one day when there were low clouds in the sky I didn't see anything) every day. And I see the same thing every day. But today, July 21, 85 (Sunday), starting from 3 -55, I saw 171 degrees in azimuth.
This phenomenon shines with white light, at the same time the color of the stars is bluish. Graduated from observing at 5-20 azimuth 195 degrees. everything merged into one point of light.
No. 1 the largest point is clearly visible and it seems that point No. 4 is still visible. By the brightness and by the way they are visible, they are 1-4-3-5 No. 2 is not always visible. Luminous rays depart from No. 3 and No. 4 along the (arrows). From No. 3 and No. 4, the luminous rays are always visible, No. 5 is another without a ray. And No. 2 is the smallest luminous point, it is not always visible, but it seems that a ray does not always come from it. But from No. 1 (that's for sure) that is, the beam, then no.
What I observe is moving from left to right and deeper.
Today, July 21, 1985, I saw a strange phenomenon: I just started to observe how all this shifted to the left (I won't say how much, but there was a shift), and somewhere in 4-10 there were several shifts to the right (again insignificant, but clearly visible) 2 or 3 shifts were in a row, and the rest one by one.
During the observation, a plane was moving high in the sky on my left side, approximately from the South to the CER, or rather, a white elongated light was moving at the speed of a high-flying aircraft.
I live on the 5th floor of a five-storey building, in front of me is the same five-storey house, so there is always a landmark in front of my eyes.
