Sasha Matyushev writes to the Commission on AYA:
At night from July 19 to July 20, I could not sleep and therefore looked out the open window waiting for the long-awaited sleep to come. So, around 1 a.m., I saw 7 white dots in the sky, flashing with a slightly dim light. They flew as if lined up in a ruler, it seemed to the eye that they kept a certain distance between them. No sound was heard. According to the compass, they flew from south to north.
