B. Tlegurov writes to the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR.:
On Friday, i.e. 02/15/85 at 9:30, when my family was resting, at that time I was watching a program on central television, the program was coming to an end, suddenly I noticed from the left window of my house there appeared approximately bright lighting with a diameter of 1-1.5, superimposed balls, which after 15-20 seconds of my observation disappeared approximately at a distance of a high-voltage line.
