Orb from Africa returns to Dearborn, Michigan.
This steady ball was spinning there at a crazy speed. At some point, a plane flies by. They are very similar to the object in the photographs from Central Africa in 1970.

Orb from Africa is back in Dearborn, MI
This steady AF orb was spinning with crazy speed up there. A plane flies by at one point.

They look an awful lot like the object in the photos from central Africa in 1970 on page 108 of this document https://www.dia.mil/ FOIA/FOIA-Electronic-Reading-Room/Field/161544/
They have a ring around the center and little nub protrusions coming out on opposite ends and a little handle thing coming off them that is a blur when while they’re spinning.
The doc has them as being a bit over 1 foot in diameter.

Balloon — aircraft (balloon), which is used for the flight gas, which is lighter than air.
Balloons - different sizes and shapes size toy, often made of latex. Is inflated with air or other gas. If the gas is lighter than air, the ball gains the ability to fly. The photo looks like a small dot. The colors and the opacity depends on the texture and color of the ball.
